TipKart offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted in case of wrong product, damaged item, or size issue (only if allowed by the seller).
Due to hygiene reasons, panties are non-returnable. Bras and lingerie sets can only be returned if unused, with hygiene seal intact, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. TipKart reserves the right to reject returns if conditions are not met.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, while COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or wallet.
